16x16" unframed  acrylic on masonite. As a snowboarder there is nothing better than arriving back to a warm house for an après ski beer and comfy pants. This painting captures the feeling of coming in out of the cold, tired, sore, stoked...ready for chill time by the fire. I'm sure anyone who enjoys the mountains in the winter can relate to this feeling. Heck, I can even get this feeling coming home from anywhere. I love comfy. I also added the element of recent full moonlight which cast shadows on the snow as if it were daytime, I can not get enough of this.
