Commission Information

How Do I Place An Order?
First, I am so happy you are here and interested in my art, so thank you! For commissions, I have included the answers to many common questions below. For any other questions please feel free to contact me.
Commissions have a $350 minimum that require a 50% non refundable payment to get started. This will secure a place on my waiting list which is generally about 1-2 months.
From here I will work with you to select a size and shape of canvas, or panel. I will then rough out a design you are looking for within those parameters for approval before proceeding.
I am happy send daily images as I am working on the painting to show the progress!
Sizes and Pricing 2026
To determine the rough price of your commission simply multiply the Length X Width X $2.50. I can custom make any size, or use standard sizing as well. Prices subject to change.
Payment and Shipping
For commissions, once the painting is completed and cured for a few days it will be safe to ship. At this time I will double check your shipping address and ask for any additional shipping cost if applicable, potentially adding insurance if requested. Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless otherwise specified during purchase. I will then provide you with a photo of the shipping label with the tracking number. Once shipped William Kramer Studio LLC is not responsible for safe delivery. Order cancellations for in-stock art after part or full payment is received will incur a restocking/ processing fee.
Payment Options
Personal check or cash preferred, I also accept Credit Card, and ACH. Check will need to clear before proceeding.
Returns & Refunds
Because of the unique nature of commissioned art they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Original art is also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
Because your privacy is my highest priority. Statements of exchange will be recorded for my tax purposes but no personal information will be disclosed publicly or on social media accounts without explicit permission.
Shipping
From the time tracking number has been sent to client, it is the clients responsibility to follow up with shipping carrier regarding delays, or damage, or any other concern related to shipping.
Care of Painting
My artwork is meant to be durable. You can wipe dust off the painting with a soft micro fiber cloth. Just like furniture and clothing, avoid hanging the art in direct sunlight, or strong indoor lighting as this will effect the colors over time.
Copyright
When you buy an original painting, you buy the physical object to have and enjoy in your home. You will now own only the artwork, not the copyright to it. The copyright remains with William Kramer Studio LLC unless we agree to specifically signed over the copyright to the buyer.
