How Do I Place An Order?
Keeping it simple for now, just contact me and let me know if you have any questions about any of the available pieces listed. If you are interested in a commission I do have a $300 minimum on commissions that require a 50% non refundable deposit to get started. This will secure a place on my waiting list which is generally about 2-3 months. I will work with you to select a size and shape, and then rough out a design you are looking for within those parameters for approval before proceeding. Often, if you would like, I can send images as I am working on the painting to show the progress! At this point you can decide if you would like it framed, or I can also finish the side to hang as is.
Payment and Shipping
For commissions, once the painting is completed and cured for a few days it will be safe to ship. At this time I will double check your shipping address and ask for the remaining 50% plus shipping cost. Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless otherwise specified during purchase. I will then provide you with a photo of the shipping label with the tracking number.
Venmo preferred, but Paypal and personal check accepted. Check will need to clear before proceeding.
Returns & Refunds
Because of the unique nature of commissioned art they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Original art is also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Because your privacy is my highest priority. Statements of exchange will be recorded for my tax purposes but no personal information will be disclosed publicly or on social media accounts without explicit permission.
Care of Painting
My artwork is meant to be durable. You can wipe dust off the painting with a micro fiber cloth, for tougher marks use a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Just like furniture and clothing, avoid hanging the art in direct sunlight as this will effect the colors over time.
